Pegasus Homes was formed in 2019 through the merger of established retirement living house builders PegasusLife and Renaissance Retirement with open market housing specialist Anthology, (originally named Lifestory, it rebranded as Pegasus Homes in 2024) creating a business with a portfolio of over 2,500 homes across 50 developments around the UK.
