Peter has had 30 years experience in the retirement sector, during which time he has been Chief Executive with Pegasus Retirement Homes, Regional Managing Director with McCarthy & Stone and is a former Chairman of the Retirement Housing Group. During his time in the industry Peter, with his team has created over 4,000 retirement units. His own experience has covered all aspects of the development cycle from acquisition and planning to construction and sales and marketing. He has also covered estates management and has operated within retirement villages, assisted living, extra care and sheltered housing. In his 76th year he still wishes to make a contribution to the sector and joins us as an Honorary Member.
